You will drive industrial engineering strategy and optimize production sequences for assembly positions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Balance manpower requirements against organizational needs to ensure operational stability.
• Define working standards and configure assembly line positions to accommodate changes in production pace.
• Analyze value-added activities through direct observation and measurement.
• Develop and propose key performance indicators to measure assembly productivity.
• Lead Kaizen workshops to identify problems and implement continuous improvement solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of industrial engineering experience.
• Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
• Material Flow Analysis.
• Capacity Analysis.
• Experience leading Kaizen workshops and continuous improvement projects.
• Ability to define and implement assembly line working standards.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
