Description

You will optimize manufacturing processes and support paint shop operations to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct line balancing, cycle time analysis, and ergonomics studies to drive operational efficiency.
• Support paint shop operations through process design, material flow management, and quality control.
• Develop and optimize facility layouts to enhance throughput and ensure safety compliance.
• Apply Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and JIT methodologies to streamline workflows.
• Utilize StandardPro and/or Modapts for accurate work measurement and time studies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in CAD tools including SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ProE.
• Strong command of Minitab and MATLAB for engineering analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/MES platforms.
• Deep knowledge of advanced quality control and problem-solving techniques.
• Familiarity with simulation tools for process modeling.
• Ability to design and implement efficient material handling systems.
