Description

Maintain and repair large-scale industrial HVAC and cooling systems to ensure continuous facility operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-capacity chillers, ultra-low refrigeration, cooling towers, and liquid pumping systems.
• Diagnose and repair package units, large tonnage systems, split systems, water source heat pumps, and built-up systems.
• Program and repair commercial chiller cooling systems, chilled water pumps, and VFDs.
• Oversee repairs performed by outside contractors to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to HVAC emergencies to maintain production system functionality and follow cGMP standards and SOPs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of HVAC experience in a manufacturing or commercial setting.
• Hands-on experience with Daikin, Vilter, and Dunham Bush screw compressor systems.
• Deep knowledge of HVAC system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and regulations.
• Ability to work within cGMP standards and follow company SOPs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Technical or vocational training.
• Proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS).
