Develop and improve industry-specific software solutions to address complex supply chain planning challenges.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into technical industry-specific solution designs and algorithms.
• Fine-tune designs and convert them into detailed technical specifications.
• Write high-quality code following Scrum methodology and modern technical standards.
• Review code written by team members to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with solution managers, analysts, consultants, and QA engineers to validate requirements and maintain developments based on user feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field.
• Strong algorithmic and conceptual thinking capabilities.
• Experience with technical specifications and abstracting complex requirements.
• Ability to work in a customer-driven, multinational environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with software development best practices including design patterns, UML, Git, and automated testing.
• Experience developing multi-tier, asynchronous, and distributed systems.
