Description

You will manage DNS services and Infoblox cloud-supported infrastructure across a global enterprise.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services and related configurations.
• Execute seamless change activities and provide incident resolution during high-pressure war room situations.
• Consult with customers to support requests and advance IT service capabilities.
• Participate in on-call escalation support within a 24x7 global environment.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in networking, switching, and firewall environments.
• 3-5 years of experience with DNS technologies (BIND, NTP, DHCP).
• Extensive experience with Infoblox Grid Master, Grid Manager, and Grid Members.
• 1-3 years of experience with Cloud Technologies, specifically AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of cloud-hosted environments and cloud network implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
