Description

Support and maintain the DDI platform as part of the DDI Network Tools and Services Team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as secondary Subject Matter Expert for the DDI platform when the primary SME is unavailable.
• Participate in team discussions to summarize and communicate situational courses of action.
• Develop and verify planning documentation for large-scale projects or platform support changes.
• Execute and support key maintenance windows during after-hours periods.
• Evaluate vendor recommendations, including query capture and response logging impact assessments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with Python.
• Experience with CSS.
• Experience with DDI platform support and troubleshooting.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage and execute technical maintenance windows.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field of study.
