Description

You will design, engineer, and manage Infoblox DDI solutions for customers.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) solutions.
• Deploy and upgrade Infoblox physical/VM appliances, NTP hardware, NetScaler, and F5 devices.
• Troubleshoot DDI, NTP, F5, and NetScaler issues and recommend corrective procedures.
• Monitor Infoblox, NetScaler, and F5 device performance.
• Manage incidents, changes, and RITMs within ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Develop technical documentation including Runbooks, SOPs, and Network Schemas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DDI engineering and management.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) level proficiency with Infoblox.
• Deep technical knowledge of DHCP, DNS, and IP Address Management.
• Experience performing internal OS upgrades and software deployments on Infoblox appliances.
• Hands-on experience with NTP hardware.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex troubleshooting.
• Ability to review contractual documents such as Statements of Work (SOW).
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of F5 and NetScaler.
