Description

Develop and support applications using Infogix Assure and Java, converting business requirements into technical documentation and maintaining existing jobs and reports.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical documentation.
• Support, monitor, and troubleshoot existing jobs and reports.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders across multiple projects.
• Coordinate work timings to ensure overlap with onsite and offshore teams.
• Create and manage incidents and tickets using ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Java and Infogix Assure applications.
• Proficiency in Windows batch scripting.
• Intermediate SQL database querying skills.
• Experience handling multi-record files, XML, and EDI.
• Experience working within the healthcare domain.
• Experience working within Agile projects.
• Ability to use ServiceNow for creating incidents and tickets.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Kanban methodologies.
