Description

You will optimize and extend the HR management system through configuration, customization, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize CloudSuite GHR to meet specific business requirements.
• Integrate the system with existing business processes and tools.
• Collaborate with HR personnel, business analysts, and IT professionals to support implementation and ongoing system stability.
• Document technical processes and system configurations.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience working with Infor CloudSuite GHR (formerly Lawson GHR) or a similar HR management system.
• Proficiency in business logic and data manipulation.
• Experience with process automation and IPA.
• Strong problem-solving and technical documentation skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
