Description

You will manage end-to-end implementations of Infor HCM CloudSuite, specifically focusing on Talent Acquisition and Transition Management modules. You act as the primary liaison between large health system clients and the consulting firm.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful implementation lifecycles for Infor HCM CloudSuite Talent Acquisition and Transition Management.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for large health system stakeholders.
• Execute hands-on configuration and deployment within Infor V11 CloudSuite environments.
• Ensure delivery of at least one successful end-to-end implementation project.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Infor HCM.
• 3+ years of Infor HCM CloudSuite implementation experience.
• Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition and Transition Management modules.
• Hands-on experience with Infor V11.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the healthcare industry.
