Description

Lead business process analysis and solution architecture for enterprise systems. You will bridge operations with IT, manage ERP/CRM/SCM/PLM implementations, and oversee UAT and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems and processes.
• Lead business process analysis and design new approaches for process improvement solutions.
• Gather business requirements, test software changes, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) script creation.
• Act as a Solution Architect to link business unit operations with IT departments.
• Write training documentation and job aids for business leaders and subject matter experts.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in business processes and systems.
• Expert knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically Infor LN.
• Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Experience working with both onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Mentoring experience reviewing work of enterprise business process specialists.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business.
