Description

You will lead full lifecycle, client-facing implementation projects for Infor M3 applications, specifically focusing on Customer Order Management (COM).

Responsibilities

• Lead information gathering and design processes, developing functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
• Configure client business solutions to meet specific operational needs within the Infor M3 environment.
• Manage full lifecycle implementations for Infor M3 Customer Order Management (COM).
• Assist with EDI mapping and resolve technical queries in collaboration with developers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT or business analysis.
• 5-10 years of Infor M3 Customer Order Management (COM) business process and implementation experience.
• 5 years of M3 data mapping experience.
• 5 years of Smart Data Tool build and upload experience.
• Direct experience with EDI mapping and technical workflows.
• Proven track record of managing full lifecycle client implementations.
• Experience within the protein industry.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
