Description

You will design and implement scalable solutions to support client migrations from LN 10.5 to LN 10.7 (Multisite) and manage independent GAP projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect technical solutions by collaborating with functional process experts to define requirements and resolve complex issues.
• Direct development efforts by delegating tasks to offshore teams and providing technical guidance to ensure delivery.
• Liaise between clients and offshore teams to maintain alignment and mitigate project risks.
• Manage delivery commitments and capacity forecasting in coordination with offshore leads.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain technical standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Infor-LN/Baan ERP development and enhancements.
• 2+ years of experience in direct client collaboration, requirement gathering, and solution architecture.
• Proven experience managing offshore delivery teams and technical liaison activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Infor products including Factory Track, Bartender, XI-ION, Infor XM, or Info SCS Planner.
• Experience with Solumina MES applications.
• Technical certification in Infor ERP.
