Description

You will design and implement scalable Infor LN solutions for client migrations and independent GAP projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect technical solutions by collaborating with functional experts to define requirements and resolve complex issues.
• Manage development workflows by delegating tasks to offshore teams and providing technical guidance.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and offshore teams to ensure alignment and prevent delivery gaps.
• Coordinate with offshore leads to manage delivery commitments, capacity forecasting, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain quality standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Infor-LN/Baan ERP development and enhancements.
• 2+ years of experience in direct client collaboration, requirement gathering, and solution architecture.
• Proven track record of managing offshore development teams and liaison activities.
• Extensive experience with Infor-LN ERP ecosystems.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 12+ years of total technical working experience.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Factory Track, Bartender, XI-ION, Infor XM, or Info SCS Planner.
• Experience with Solumina MES application.
• Technical certification in Infor ERP.
