Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Informatica Axon, owning the full software development life cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of Axon applications while enforcing coding standards and best practices.
• Manage the SDLC to ensure project timelines and delivery quality.
• Act as the primary technical contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on project goals.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain quality, address technical debt, and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica Axon.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data management principles.
• Proven experience leading and managing technical teams.
• Solid grasp of SDLC methodologies and project delivery practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Experience with Informatica Data Quality.
• Experience with Informatica MDM.
