Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade Informatica architectures.
• Manage day-to-day Informatica administration tasks and ensure system health.
• Lead technical teams through complex integration projects.
• Present technical concepts and solutions to stakeholders via public speaking.
• Collaborate effectively within team environments and with HR departments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Informatica development, administration, or architecture.
• Proven team leadership capabilities with a track record of guiding technical teams.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills for technical communication.
• Experience collaborating with Human Resources (HR) departments and understanding HR processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with cross-functional departments beyond IT.
• Background in HR technology integration or HRIS systems.
