Description

You will design and develop ETL solutions to integrate on-premise and cloud-based systems, acting as the subject matter expert for data integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design ETL solutions based on translated business requirements and functional specifications.
• Develop, document, and test data environments using Informatica ETL toolsets.
• Analyze system components to identify error causes and revise programs.
• Follow the software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document programs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting Informatica in a medium or large operating environment.
• Minimum 4 years of SQL experience, including developing, modifying, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Deep understanding of relational/dimensional data modeling and data mapping design.
• Experience designing and implementing ETL solutions with optimized performance.
• ETL development experience including jobs recovery, failover, logging, and alerting mechanisms.
• Proficiency with Informatica IDMC (CDI and CAI) and Power Center.
• Proficiency with Java, J2EE, Database, DB2, SQL, PL/SQL, and JDBC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing with Azure Data Factory.
• Previous experience in the banking and insurance industry.
