Description

You will design and implement end-to-end ETL solutions, lead development teams, and support architectural strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead designers and developers through the full project lifecycle.
• Design and implement Informatica mappings, debugging with source and target queries.
• Address testing issues prior to production migration and manage ongoing system maintenance.
• Contribute to requirements and data analysis to deliver ETL-focused solutions.
• Support architectural strategy definition for scalable data solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter 9.x or 10.x.
• Strong proficiency in ETL design patterns and data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, Unix, Db2, Teradata, Netezza, and SQL Server.
• Expertise in Oracle database performance tuning and query optimization.
• Proven experience in data modelling and data mapping.
• Proficiency in Unix shell scripting.
• Deep understanding of parameter file concepts for scalable design.
• Experience with Informatica advanced techniques including dynamic caching, memory management, and parallel processing.
• Experience with real-time data extraction and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of DataStage.
• Hands-on experience with Cognos.
