Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to move data from source to target systems in VLDB environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL workflows, graphs, and mappings to process and transform data.
• Implement logic for extracting, cleansing, and loading data into data warehouses or lakes.
• Optimize ETL jobs for performance and scalability in Very Large Database (VLDB) environments exceeding 20TB.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, job failures, and performance bottlenecks.
• Develop test scenarios and execute functional testing to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience with AbInitio or Informatica.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Oracle.
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
• Hands-on experience with shell scripting.
• Proven experience with VLDB and Data Warehouse implementations (20+ TBs).
• Ability to work with data models to ensure appropriate structure for target systems.
• 5+ years of overall professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
• Experience maintaining technical documentation for ETL designs and artifacts.
