You will own run support and technical guidance for the NFCS Commissions platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate run support efforts for the NFCS Commissions platform.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for offshore teams, providing technical direction.
• Collaborate with client SMEs and IT stakeholders to resolve issues and validate changes.
• Troubleshoot incidents related to data jobs, mappings, and commissions logic.
• Perform root cause analysis, impact assessment, and implement performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BW and HANA concepts.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and change management.
• Proven ability in debugging, impact analysis, and performance optimization.
• Experience managing support activities under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on root cause resolution.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder and offshore team collaboration.
