Description

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes within an existing data warehouse landscape, owning the full lifecycle of Informatica mappings from development to production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test new Informatica mappings and enhance existing ones to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot data issues to the root cause and resolve incidents within established service level agreements.
• Maintain the performance of existing ETL jobs to meet customer expectations.
• Document processes for knowledge management to accelerate issue resolution.
• Analyze existing data models and data processing workflows to identify proactive improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development.
• Proficiency with Informatica.
• Experience with Data Warehouse (DWH) environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Understanding of data models and data processing.
• Experience working within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ability to manage and document technical workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM Cognos.
