Description

You will lead the Informatica version upgrade project and manage the end-to-end upgrade process.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Informatica version upgrade project from offshore and manage the end-to-end upgrade process.
• Analyze existing ETL inventory to determine upgrade strategies based on complexity.
• Plan detailed upgrade steps for Informatica transitions, specifically from version 100 to 1053.
• Troubleshoot Informatica issues arising during the upgrade and testing phases.
• Review all deliverables from the upgrade team and drive the go-live process for each environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ETL development and migration.
• Hands-on experience upgrading Informatica PowerCenter from lower to higher versions.
• Proficiency with Informatica PowerCenter tools: Designer, Repository Manager, Workflow Manager, and Workflow Monitor.
• Extensive use of transformations including Source Qualifier, Aggregator, Filter, Joiner, Update Strategy, Lookup, Expression, Router, and Sequence Generator.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, ANSI-SQL, and Data Modeling.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience with Selenium testing automation.
• Experience with performance testing using JMeter.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle 19c.
• Experience writing Shell scripts.
• Insurance domain experience.
