Description

You administer and support the Informatica IDMC and IICS platform environments, ensuring stability and applying automation to operational tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the IICS platform environment.
• Manage major incidents and interface directly with customers.
• Apply automation to platform operations to improve efficiency.
• Adapt technical skills to meet evolving project requirements.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of IT experience in Informatica platform management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IICS platform administration or management.
• Proficiency with ITIL framework and ITSM tools.
• Proven experience with Major Incident management.
• Strong client and email communication skills.
• Demonstrated automation experience.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education.
