Description

You will design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using the Informatica IDMC platform, with a focus on Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and MDM Customer 360.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop APIs using Informatica IDMC, converting Java-based web services into CAI-based APIs.
• Implement and configure CAI processes for data retrieval, creation, and updates in IDMC MDM Customer 360.
• Configure process objects, service connectors, app connectors, and guides to orchestrate services and integrations.
• Design and configure CAI processes to create SOAP and REST endpoints, including event-based processes for file handling and automation.
• Debug and resolve CAI process issues, perform import/export configurations, and support environment migrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Informatica IDMC and IICS platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Cloud Application Integration (CAI) for API development, orchestration, and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience configuring service connectors, app connectors, and process objects.
• Solid knowledge of SQL for data handling and transformations.
• Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, including API lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with XQuery and event-based processing mechanisms.
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize integration workflows.
• Exposure to API Manager and integration console for deployment and monitoring.
• Basic knowledge of Java is beneficial for integration and migration use cases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience documenting APIs, CAI processes, and integration components.
• Ability to provide training and ongoing support to users on CAI tools and best practices.
