You will administer and support Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. You are responsible for troubleshooting complex platform issues, including connectivity, synchronization, and configuration errors. You will perform system performance tuning and apply patches and updates with minimal downtime. Your role includes configuring and managing Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0 and leading Identity Provider migrations from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID. You will collaborate with security teams and Informatica support to resolve incidents and maintain system documentation.
Responsibilities
- Administer Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS environments for high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across the platform, including connectivity and synchronization.
- Perform system performance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning.
- Apply patches and updates to ensure minimal disruption to services.
- Lead Identity Provider migrations, specifically from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in IDMC SaaS MDM Administration.
- Strong expertise in Informatica IDMC MDM on cloud/SaaS platforms.
- Experience with SAML-based SSO configuration and identity federation.
- Proven track record of IdP migration, especially Okta to Entra ID.
- Deep understanding of Informatica platform architecture and system health monitoring.
- Solid experience with patching, version upgrades, and change control processes.
- Ability to manage and resolve incidents independently.
Preferred Skills
- Informatica certifications in IDMC or MDM.
- Experience with REST APIs and integration with third-party tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
