Description

You will own the analysis, design, and development of complex ETL solutions and data migration projects within the healthcare domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to create technical data requirements, logical data models, and report logic.
• Develop reusable PL/SQL code components for data migration with minimal code changes.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries against SQL Server databases to extract and manipulate data.
• Perform quantitative analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Present actionable findings to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total experience in ETL development and PL/SQL.
• Strong expertise in querying SQL Server databases and writing complex SQL.
• Deep understanding of healthcare domain data: Patient/Prospect, Medical Claims, Member, Payers, and Providers.
• Proficiency in data manipulation techniques and database management.
• Experience with data migration projects.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC).
• Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
