Lead data development and ETL operations for healthcare domain projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to create technical data specifications, logical data models, and report logic.
• Develop and maintain reusable PL/SQL code components for data migration projects with minimal code changes.
• Write complex SQL queries against SQL Server databases to extract, manipulate, and transform data.
• Perform quantitative analysis on large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Present actionable findings to stakeholders based on data correlation and analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total experience in ETL and data development.
• Expert-level proficiency in PL/SQL and database management.
• Strong ability to write complex SQL queries for SQL Server.
• Deep understanding of healthcare domain data structures (Patient/Prospect, Medical Claims, Member, Payers, Providers).
• Experience with data migration projects.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC).
