Lead the design and implementation of data pipelines and integration solutions on-site in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL workflows and data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.
• Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and integration solutions for third-party applications.
• Optimize data storage, retrieval systems, and database queries for performance and scalability.
• Build and manage DevOps and DataOps CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Mentor junior data engineers on best practices and prepare technical design documents and SLA agreements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database skills.
• Proficiency in Unix environments.
• Experience with Python for data engineering tasks.
• Ability to implement data governance policies for quality, security, and compliance.
