Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Informatica MDM solutions for Master Data Management use cases.
• Design master data models and integration approaches to support enterprise data management requirements.
• Develop and tune data quality rules, matching/standardization logic, and data stewardship workflows.
• Support data lifecycle activities including onboarding, cleansing, enrichment, and publishing of master data.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze data issues and improve data quality outcomes.

Skills Required:

• 5-12 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, and enterprise data management solutions
• Informatica MDM for Master Data Management implementations.
• Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and enterprise data management practices.
• Data quality fundamentals including profiling, rule design, and remediation support.
• Experience delivering MDM solutions that integrate with enterprise data sources and downstream systems.

Good to Have:

• ETL experience for loading and transforming master data.
• Data governance experience to support policies, ownership, and quality standards.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Master's Degree in Information Technology
