Description

Manage Informatica MDM data pipelines, troubleshoot batch job failures, and ensure data synchronization across spoke systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly MDM batch jobs for data loading, synchronization, and pipeline failure resolution.
• Troubleshoot data incidents, failed batch jobs, loading errors, and user-reported bugs to restore service.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring production incidents and implement permanent fixes.
• Analyze large datasets to detect anomalies, errors, and duplicates, preparing processes for data corrections.
• Maintain real-time and batch data interfaces between MDM and spoke systems using APIs, REST/SOAP services, SIF API, or IDQ ETL tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Informatica MDM Hub Console, IDD, SIF, Match Merge rules, and provisioning tools.
• Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries against Oracle DB for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with third-party scheduling tools like Autosys and file transfer tools such as IBM Sterling Integrator.
• Familiarity with incident tracking tools including ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under strict SLA constraints.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica MDM Hub Console 10.5 and IDQ 10.5.
• Knowledge of UNIX Shell scripting for analyzing IDQ or MDM job failures.
