Description

Lead Informatica MDM initiatives, serving as the subject matter expert for data integration and quality processes. You will own the design and implementation of MDM solutions, ensuring strict adherence to coding standards and best practices. Your role involves collaborating across multiple teams to resolve complex data challenges and making key technical decisions. You will mentor junior professionals, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to elevate team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior professionals while managing team deliverables.
• Design and implement scalable MDM solutions using Informatica MDM Hub and Informatica Data Director.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve data integration and quality issues.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and provide actionable feedback.
• Drive key technical decisions and serve as the primary SME for MDM architecture.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM.
• Proficiency in Informatica MDM Hub and Informatica Data Director.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and database concepts.
• Experience with data integration and data quality processes.
• Ability to lead teams and make independent technical decisions.
• 15 years of full-time education required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
