Informatica MDM Lead

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Informatica MDM solutions, owning the architecture, data models, and integration strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MDM architecture, including match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and hierarchical structures.
• Configure and manage Informatica IDQ, PowerCenter, and ActiveVOS to support data operations.
• Define data governance frameworks, quality rules, and stewardship workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Integrate MDM systems with source and downstream environments using ETL, APIs, and messaging protocols.
• Mentor MDM developers and analysts while collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years overall IT experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Informatica MDM (Multidomain preferred).
• Strong hands-on expertise with Informatica MDM, IDQ, and PowerCenter.
• Proven experience designing match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and trust frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL and UNIX scripting for data processing and environment management.
• Experience integrating systems via ETL, APIs, and messaging queues.
• Deep understanding of data governance, data quality concepts, and stewardship workflows.
• Experience managing Customer, Product, or Supplier data domains.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica Customer 360 or Product 360 Cloud.
• Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Informatica certification.
