Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Multidomain MDM solutions using Informatica.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement data models, hierarchies, match-merge rules, and survivorship logic for HCP/HCO, product, and payer domains.
• Integrate and harmonize data from IQVIA, Symphony Health, F14, CRM, and commercial sources.
• Partner with stakeholders to define data governance frameworks, quality rules, and stewardship processes.
• Oversee data ingestion, cleansing, enrichment, and deduplication while ensuring reliable delivery to Salesforce and analytics platforms.
• Provide technical leadership on architectural guidance, metadata management, and compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Data Management/MDM with 5+ years hands-on Informatica MDM (Multidomain/Siperian).
• Expertise in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), PowerCenter, and IICS.
• Deep understanding of Life Sciences commercial datasets (IQVIA Xponent/OneKey, Symphony Health, F14).
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills with experience in ETL and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Knowledge of HCP/HCO data models, Customer 360, and Golden Record concepts.
• Experience supporting analytics use cases like patient journey and segmentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Veeva CRM, or data lakes (S3, Redshift, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with data governance tools like Collibra or Alation.
• Exposure to AI/ML or advanced analytics use cases.
