Description

Provide L1, L2, and L3 production support for Informatica applications, including PowerCenter and IDQ platforms. Manage platform support operations, execute code deployments across multiple environments, and communicate technical issues directly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily PowerCenter and IDQ platform support operations.
• Execute code deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
• Provide L1, L2, and L3 production support for Informatica applications.
• Lead and mentor junior team members on support best practices.
• Participate in shift rotations and weekend on-call support schedules.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of general IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter administration.
• Experience supporting Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Linux environments.
• Advanced Shell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record in L1/L2/L3 production support.
• Any Graduate degree.
