Description

Manage Informatica PowerCenter and IDQ platform support operations, execute code deployments, and provide L1-L3 production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily PowerCenter and IDQ platform support operations.
• Execute code deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
• Provide L1, L2, and L3 production support for Informatica applications.
• Lead and mentor junior team members on support best practices.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of general IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter administration.
• Experience supporting Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Linux environments.
• Advanced Shell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record in L1/L2/L3 production support.

Preferred Skills

• Participation in shift rotations and weekend on-call support schedules.
