Description

You will design and develop Informatica PowerCenter workflows for enterprise systems, handling deployment to production and file management scripts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL solutions with optimized performance, ensuring effective job recovery, failover, logging, and alerting mechanisms.
• Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Execute data mapping design, integration, migration, and warehousing tasks with a deep understanding of relational/dimensional data modeling.
• Deploy Informatica solutions to production environments and manage file scheduling in accordance with integration requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working in a medium or large operating environment supporting Informatica.
• 4+ years of SQL experience, including database building and management.
• Proficiency with Informatica PowerCenter for workflow design and development.
• Strong knowledge of DB2, SQL, PL/SQL, and JDBC.
• Understanding of ETL development standards for performance optimization and error handling.

Preferred Skills

• Development background with Java, J2EE, and mapping/workflow tools.
• Experience developing with Azure Data Factory.
• Previous experience in the banking and insurance industry.
