Description

Design and develop end-to-end data integration and migration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the full physical solution design cycle from requirement gathering through deployment and post-production support.
• Implement Informatica TDM for data subsetting, masking, and synthetic data generation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead discovery phases with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical system designs.
• Coordinate system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) by tracking issues to resolution.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous process improvement following SDLC best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter design and development.
• Expertise in Informatica TDM for data masking and subsetting.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for database process development.
• Experience with Data Warehouse (DWH) solutions and data integration.
• Solid Unix shell scripting and command-level experience.
• Ability to debug, tune, and optimize database query performance.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and using JIRA.
• Knowledge of integrating TDM tools with CI/CD pipelines.
• Degree in any graduate field.
