Must‑Have Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as an Informatica PowerCenter Developer in on‑prem environments
• Strong experience developing and supporting:
  • ETL mappings
  • Workflows
  • Sessions
• Strong SQL skills for:
  • Data analysis
  • Data validation
  • Data reconciliation
• Hands-on experience in production support (L2/L3)
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux
• Exposure to Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
• Experience with enterprise schedulers such as:
  • Control‑M
  • Autosys
• Informatica Certification (Preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Informatica ETL jobs
• Analyze and resolve:
  • Production job failures
  • Data issues
  • ETL defects
• Perform detailed data validation and reconciliation
• Provide L2/L3 production support, including root cause analysis
• Support:
  • Release activities
  • Deployments
  • Post‑production support
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Maintain:
  • Technical documentation
  • Operational runbooks
• Demonstrate strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities
• Ensure all deliverables are:
  • Properly tracked
  • Updated
  • Completed within timelines

Desired Skills

• Experience working in large enterprise data environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced production environment
