Description

• Lead design and development of ETL/ELT solutions using Informatica (PowerCenter / IICS).
• Architect and implement data integration frameworks and reusable components.
• Manage end-to-end data pipeline development (ingestion, transformation, loading).
• Optimize ETL performance, workflows, and mappings.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, validation, and reconciliation.
• Integrate solutions with:
  • Data Warehouses (Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
  • Big Data ecosystems (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop)
• Collaborate with Data Architects, Business Analysts, and Governance teams.
• Implement data governance and metadata management integrations (EDC, Axon).
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Highly experienced Informatica Tech Lead.
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, and IDQ.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade data integration solutions.
• Knowledge of Data Warehouses (Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
• Experience with Big Data ecosystems (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop).
• Experience with data governance and metadata management tools (EDC, Axon).
• Stakeholder management experience, preferably within BFSI environments
