Description

Lead the design and development of enterprise ETL/ELT solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and IICS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement data integration frameworks, reusable components, and end-to-end data pipelines.
• Optimize ETL performance, workflows, and mappings for ingestion, transformation, and loading.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, validation, and reconciliation across all integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues, resolve performance bottlenecks, and enforce coding standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, and IDQ.
• Strong proficiency in Teradata, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Hands-on knowledge of Big Data ecosystems: Spark, Databricks, and Hadoop.
• Familiarity with data governance and metadata management tools (EDC, Axon).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Data Architects and Business Analysts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the BFSI sector.
• Proven stakeholder management experience.
