Description

Lead Informatica PowerCenter implementations, batch monitoring, and ETL optimization for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to define requirements, provide estimates, and conduct impact analysis.
• Develop new jobs and workflows in Informatica PowerCenter while ensuring performance standards.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly batch processes and resolve post-production issues.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for status reporting and solution feasibility.
• Support application deployments and maintain baselines through project team engagement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ETL processes and Informatica PowerCenter.
• Proven ability to design and optimize complex data workflows.
• Strong experience working with onshore and offshore distributed teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with batch job monitoring and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical skills for impact assessment and estimation.
• Any Graduate degree.
