Key Responsibilities

Design the website$B!G(Js information architecture and content structure

Create site maps, navigation models, and content hierarchies

Define menus, categories, and labeling systems

Collaborate with Business Analysts and UI/UX Designers on user flows

Conduct content audits and gap analysis

Ensure content is organized for easy search and discoverability

Support user research (personas, journeys, usability insights)

Align content structure with business goals and user needs

Ensure compliance with accessibility and usability standards

Work with developers to implement structure in Drupal CMS

Required Skills

Strong understanding of information architecture principles

Experience creating sitemaps, wireframes, and navigation systems

Knowledge of content strategy and content organization

Familiarity with UX design and user behavior

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with Drupal or other CMS platforms

Experience in website redesign or digital transformation projects

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)

Familiarity with user research and usability testing

Experience with tools like Figma, Axure, or similar

Experience Required

Typically 3+ years of experience in Information Architecture or UX-related roles
