You design and develop product documentation, including guides and online help systems, for technical and non-technical audiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop product-related information for end users and engineers.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly across diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Support, and Product Management to ensure accuracy.
• Create and adapt style guides to maintain document consistency.
• Manage timelines for documentation deliverables to meet project milestones.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in technical communications or related field.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, hardware, and software.
• Experience with documentation platforms like MadCap Flare or Oxygen.
• Proficiency in HTML, DHTML, XML, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms: Confluence, SharePoint, Jira.
• Demonstrated basic understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in editing for grammar, structure, and technical accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in Technical Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
