Description

You will act as the primary focal point between business stakeholders and IT to design and deliver fit-for-purpose information management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define information management needs and determine technical solutions to resolve business problems.
• Consult with business units to deploy and embed information management standards, roles, and services.
• Lead the implementation and development of procedures for all aspects of document and data control.
• Ensure compliance with IM standards, data privacy, and legal requirements including GDPR.
• Translate loosely defined business questions into clearly defined technical and data specifications.
• Manage small teams of junior staff and execute projects requiring cross-organizational alignment.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of industry experience as an Information Management Lead.
• Extensive knowledge of EDMS, specifically Assai Cloud.
• Proven experience with document and data control processes on Major Capital Projects and EPC interface management.
• Deep understanding of cross-discipline engineering data, including business data models and Maintenance Management System build processes.
• Experience with Engineering Data Warehouse (EDW) systems and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Information Architecture, Data Strategy, Governance, and Data Lifecycle management.
• Expertise in objective classification systems, taxonomies, metadata, and archival practices.
• Knowledge of engineering Information Specification (EIS), DEP, and major contract scope of work.
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable business experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SPF, AVEVA, AIM, or ALIM.
• Knowledge of e-discovery, OpenText, and Documentum.
