Description

You will manage and drive security service delivery within the operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Run all Service Delivery and ITSM processes within Security Operations per Group definition.
• Manage the overall Security Services onboarding program for Zones and non-integrated ELEs, tracking deployment expectations and timelines.
• Ensure Security Services meet requirements by conducting reviews and proposing necessary modifications.
• Report SLA, KPI, and performance metrics for Security Services and guide activities against defined metrics.
• Coordinate the work delivered by security partners across various teams.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery within a security-focused environment.
• Demonstrated experience applying Information Security principles and frameworks.
• Proficiency with ITIL and ITSM processes.
• Experience implementing and managing ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools for security monitoring.
• Knowledge of Cloud Security practices.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships for service consumption and compliance reviews.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
