Description

You will manage security service delivery and ITSM processes within the operations environment, ensuring compliance and optimal performance of security services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Run Service Delivery and ITSM processes within Security Operations according to Group definitions.
• Manage the Security Services onboarding program for Zones and non-integrated ELEs, tracking deployment timelines.
• Conduct reviews of Security Services to ensure requirements are met and propose necessary modifications.
• Report SLA, KPI, and performance metrics, guiding activities against defined targets.
• Coordinate work delivered by security partners across various teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery within a security-focused environment.
• Proficiency with ITIL and ITSM processes.
• Experience implementing and managing ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Cloud Security practices.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools for security monitoring.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships for service consumption and compliance reviews.
• Demonstrated experience applying Information Security principles and frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
