Description

You will support the adoption of enterprise IAM services by managing onboarding, migrations, and access transitions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that IAM solutions meet business requirements.
• Triage IAM issues across teams based on business impact and resolution priority.
• Gather user feedback and translate insights into actionable service improvements.
• Collaborate with business, cybersecurity, and application teams to enhance user experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security Analysis or equivalent (work, training, military, or education).
• Strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience supporting onboarding, migrations, or transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of IAM solutions in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Understanding of core IAM capabilities including MFA, identity governance, and access management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
