You will blend functional business analysis with technical security implementation, focusing on identity and access management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity and access management workflows using SailPoint.
• Collect and organize evidence required for IT compliance audits.
• Map application architecture and document business processes.
• Create process flow diagrams, decision trees, and formal technical documentation.
• Analyze customer journeys and requirements using business analysis techniques.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in information security or IAM.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint.
• Strong understanding of database structures and server environments.
• Experience with application architecture and IT compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in Visio for process mapping.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for formal documentation.
• Ability to use business analysis tools like voice of customer and customer journey mapping.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
