Description

You will administer mainframe security controls and manage user access lifecycles for enterprise systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer RACF user IDs, groups, and profiles in alignment with enterprise IAM policies.
• Execute user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications across the full identity lifecycle.
• Maintain and update RACF datasets, general resources, and system profiles to enforce proper access controls.
• Review RACF violations, audit logs, and security reports to identify and remediate potential issues.
• Support access request workflows, approvals, password resets, and incident resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security Analysis or related field.
• Hands-on experience with mainframe security tools: RACF, Topsecret, or ACF2.
• Ability to run command prompts and troubleshoot access issues effectively.
• Knowledge of change management, incident management, and security standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in security operations.
• Any Graduate degree.
