Description

You will identify and mitigate information security risks across the organization while supporting incident response and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, respond to, and contain security incidents as part of the Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT).
• Evaluate projects to ensure security requirements are met and assist with corporate-wide security planning and documentation.
• Monitor audit systems to detect security violations, vulnerabilities, and abnormalities.
• Maintain security control frameworks, including the development of policies, standards, practices, and guidelines.
• Assist with internal and external IT audits by collecting data and defining effective control recommendations.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of access control, auditing, authentication, encryption, integrity, physical security, and application security.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems, including Active Directory.
• Knowledge of encryption schemas, algorithms, and authorization/authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with network monitoring, sniffing, TCP/IP networks, and common network protocols.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanners, vulnerability management systems, patch management, and host-based security systems.
• Ability to automate processes using PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting.
• Demonstrated ability to perform static and dynamic malware analysis.
• Ability to analyze large data sets to identify anomalies and deploy countermeasures under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, and SaaS.
• Project Management skills.
